- Routine Inspections: $80 per inspection ($20 surcharge applies for premium properties due to size)
- Lease Renewals: $150 per renewal
- Entry and Exit Reports: $200 per report ($50 surcharge applies for premium properties due to size)
- Re-inspection / Breach Follow-Up: $65 per visit
- Maintenance Check: $65 per visit
